InvestEU

Het InvestEU-programma voorziet de EU van cruciale langetermijnfinanciering door substantiële private en publieke middelen aan te trekken ter ondersteuning van een duurzaam herstel. Het zal ook helpen bij het mobiliseren van private investeringen voor de beleidsprioriteiten van de EU, zoals de European Green Deal en de digitale transitie.

Het programma bestaat uit drie onderdelen: het InvestEU Fund, de InvestEU Advisory Hub en het InvestEU Portal. Het InvestEU Fund zal worden geïmplementeerd via financiële partners die zullen investeren in projecten met gebruik van de EU-begrotingsgarantie van EUR 26,2 miljard. De volledige begrotingsgarantie zal de investeringsprojecten van de implementing partners ondersteunen, hun risicodraagkracht verhogen en heeft dus als doel meer dan EUR 372 miljard aan private investeringen te mobiliseren.
