Lightyear

Invest-NL acts as the leading investor in a consortium of public investors participating in a funding round of € 81 million for Lightyear, the Dutch high-tech company that is developing the world's first solar-powered car. The consortium of public investors also includes the Province of North Brabant and the regional development agencies for the provinces of North Brabant and Limburg (BOM and LIOF). The remaining investments come from new private funds and follow-on investments by SHV and DELA.
