Making innovative protein factories financeable

How can we utilize natural proteins to deliver the highest possible food value within an nature-inclusive, sustainable, and circular farming system? Increasingly, young innovative companies and established agrifood businesses are aligning the interests of a future-proof Agrifood sector in the Netherlands with the globally growing demand for high-quality plant-based proteins.

Agricultural transition requires circular minerals

Circular agriculture also involves circular nutrient flows. Innovative technologies for recycling minerals are under development, but laws and practical obstacles still prevent a viable business case, as revealed by a market survey from Invest-NL.
