Our own impact

We invest in societal transitions and are engaged innovators. That is why we also want to make an impact in our own operations. We keep our footprint as small as possible. Prioritize diversity. And drive innovation through our own organization.

How we make a difference ourselves

We make conscious choices in our own operations such as our office, procurement, and for our employees. We also continuously look at how our way of working can be improved:

  • Our office has an energy label A and a sustainable, largely circular interior.
  • We encourage employees to travel by bike or public transport.
  • At the office and in the catering at events, we offer a fully vegetarian lunch.
  • We have a sustainable procurement policy and give sustainable tokens of appreciation.
  • We strive for diversity and inclusion in the workplace and take this into account when hiring colleagues.
  • We take chain responsibility. In our procurement and tendering processes, we consider social criteria, such as diversity and inclusion, and environmental criteria when selecting suppliers.
  • We have an internal code of conduct, a whistleblower scheme, a privacy policy, and a scheme for secondary employment.

We feel enormously responsible. For our investments and projects, but also for the impact we ourselves make.
