Invest-NL provides a loan of €15 million to a new fund of SVn; the Future-proof Maintenance Fund for VvE's. Many VvE's lack sufficient financial resources to upgrade their homes. With the Maintenance Loan for VvE's, both crucial maintenance and sustainability measures can be addressed immediately. This contributes to the sustainability of the built environment, one of the key points of Invest-NL’s strategy to accelerate the energy transition.
