Final report on the additivity analysis National Growth Fund

The National Growth Fund (“Groeifonds”) was established to invest in projects that promote long-term economic growth. It requires that funding is only provided if no other form of private or public financing is available. For the assessment of this additionality criterion, the independent assessment advisory committee of the Growth Fund has asked Invest-NL to analyse seven applications for the risk that subsidies from the Groeifonds might displace other forms of financing.
