In increasingly more locations across the Netherlands, sleeves are being rolled up to develop small-scale heat projects. Invest-NL notices that for many initiatives, it is not sufficiently clear what is needed to secure successful funding, both for implementation and operation. Therefore, Invest-NL, in collaboration with Fakton, has developed a roadmap for the successful financing of small-scale, collective, sustainable heat projects in the existing building stock.
