Invest-NL strengthens the Supervisory Board with Tanja Cuppen and Kuldip Singh

With the start of the new year, Tanja Cuppen and Kuldip Singh are joining the Supervisory Board of Invest-NL. The term of Marilou van Golstein Brouwers is coming to an end at the same time. With these appointments, Invest-NL is strengthening the board with extensive governance experience, financial expertise, and additional knowledge in digital transformation, energy transition, and entrepreneurship.

Tanja is an experienced director and commissioner with a solid background in the financial sector. She brings extensive experience in investment issues and financial and risk management. For instance, she previously held the role of Global Head Corporate Finance at Rabobank and Chief Risk Officer at ABN AMRO. Additionally, she possesses substantive knowledge of sustainability, energy transition, climate adaptation, food, and healthcare. Besides her role as dike-reeve of Waterschap Rivierenland, she is a commissioner at NHG and healthcare insurer Menzis and a member of the Advisory Committee on Customised Sustainability Agreements for Industry.

Kuldip is an experienced director and commissioner with in-depth knowledge of digital transformation, data, and innovation. From previous roles, including his directorship at TenneT, he is well acquainted with the challenges within the energy transition. He also brings experience with mergers and integrations, which adds value to the collaboration with Invest International. He has extensive experience with scale-ups and is well familiar with the world of entrepreneurs with whom Invest-NL collaborates. In addition to his directorship at TenneT, Kuldip is also a commissioner at KPMG and Kyndryl, a member of the boards of Skoon Energy, Wickey, and Whiffle, and a lecturer at the Governance Academy.
