Two new members joined the Invest-NL Supervisory Board
The State of the Netherlands, the sole shareholder of Invest-NL, decided to appoint the candidates nominated by the Supervisory Board, Ms. Marilou van Golstein Brouwers and Mr. Ruud Hendriks, as members of the Supervisory Board of Invest-NL. Both appointments are effective on April 1, 2020.
With the appointment of Marilou van Golstein Brouwers and Ruud Hendriks, the Invest-NL Supervisory Board now consists of three persons. In addition to the two new Board members, Jan Nooitgedagt had previously been appointed as Chairman of the board.
“I look forward to working with Marilou and Ruud. Invest-NL officially started at the beginning of this year and has an important task to fulfill. As its Supervisory Board, we will do everything we can to contribute to this”, according to Jan Nooitgedagt.
Wouter Bos (CEO Invest-NL): “I am delighted that Marilou and Ruud have been appointed as members of the Supervisory Board by our shareholder. Together with Jan Nooitgedagt we now have a board that has extensive knowledge and experience in financing sustainability, innovation and fast-growing companies. This will help me and the rest of team Invest-NL a great deal in the coming years.”
