AmsterdamInvest-NL and TIIN Capital will collaborate to create a more data-secure Netherlands. To this end, Invest-NL has joined the ‘Dutch Security TechFund’ and is investing € 5 million in the fund.
The ‘Dutch Security TechFund’ invests in innovative Dutch startups and scale-ups that focus on data security and cybersecurity in general. The fund invests alone or together with co-investors, from € 250,000 in startups up to € 5 million in scale-ups.
The total size of the ‘Dutch Security TechFund’, including the contribution from Invest-NL, amounts to € 30 million. Additionally, € 6 million has been allocated from the so-called Seed facility by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO). Other investors in the fund include KPN Ventures, O2 Capital, Investeringsfonds Groningen, and Innovation Quarter.
