As an investor in technology pioneers, the Deep Tech Fund has embraced the uncharted territory of Quantum and begun exploring the possibilities that Quantum has to offer. We started with a seemingly simple question: what is the role of Quantum Technology in the future of the Netherlands?

As Deep Tech Funds, we aim to provide capital to Dutch companies focused on creating technologies essential to societal issues that can have a transformative impact, the so-called key enabling technologies.

To truly understand the nuances and potential of quantum technology, we have conducted a study into the Dutch quantum ecosystem. With this knowledge, we have developed an investment strategy aimed at strengthening and promoting the quantum ecosystem in the Netherlands. Our ambition is clear: to not only maintain the prominent role of the Netherlands in various quantum domains but also to turn it into thriving quantum enterprises.

We understand that quantum technology remains a strange and unfamiliar territory for many. Therefore, we strive to inform both private and public (co-)investors about the opportunities and possibilities this technology offers.
